Digital 360

Digital 360 is a framework for digital transformation, to help guide your organization on your digitalization journey. The framework is aligned with worldwide, industry standards, open and commonly accepted frameworks and methodologies, and it serves as the foundation on which we engage with our customers and partners.

Business needs

Prepare the organization for successful projects by setting the scope, constraints, and expectations for a project; create a vision, define stakeholders, validate the business context, create the statement of work and obtain approvals. Important tasks are to obtain management commitment, validate business principles, goals, and drivers, and to define, scope, and prioritize project tasks. This includes to identify stakeholders, their concerns and objectives, and by defining business requirements and constraints.

Solution Design

Develop target architectures, and to define the types and sources of data needed to support the business, in a way that can be understood by the stakeholders, and define the kinds of application systems necessary to process the data and support the business. Important deliverables in this phase include (but are not limited to) statement of architecture work, baseline data architecture, target data architecture, baseline applications architecture, target applications architecture. Examples of reports which can be generated, depending on the project, are data architecture report, applications architecture report, gap analysis results, impact analysis, and updated business requirements.

Transition to cloud

Sort the various implementation projects into priority, produce a prioritized list of projects that will form the basis of the detailed Implementation and migration plans, and to generate an impact analysis, including an architecture implementation contract.

Manage

Concerned specifically with the services offered and delivered. In particular, it deals with the required service levels, availability, continuity, financial viability, security, and the necessary IT infrastructure capacity.

Governance

Monitor technology changes, business changes, assess changes and development of position to act, and perform appropriate governance functions while the system is being implemented and deployed. Other important aspects of this phase are to ensure conformance with the defined architecture by implementation projects and other projects, perform Impact Analysis, and recommend implementation recommendations, allowing managers to bridge the gap between control requirements, technical issues, and business risks.
